EPISODE 28 - SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST: EMERGENCY TIPS



Recognize the signs of an impending heart attack which includes sharp pain in the chest, shortness of breadth, being pale, dizzy and sweaty.
if alone begin to cough deeply and vigourously. Take a deep breadth and cough as if you want to bring out something from the base of your chest. As soon as you regain proper breathing quickly call someone to take you to the hospital. Chew a tablet of aspirin immediately.
If too weak to cough call someone’s attention and say heart.
the helper should put the person in a sitting position, put a tab os aspirin under the tongue if available, keep the person warm and reassured while urgently call for help to the hospital. If the person feels the  breadth is fading away, encourage deep coughing to keep the heart pumping.
if already unconscious, start cardiopulmonary resuscitation by placing one hand over the other and pressing down  on the heart region. do 30 presses and the 2 mouth to mouth breathing by raising the chin, covering the person’s mouth with your and breathing into the mouth and throat. alternate repeatedly.
If heart starts to breath, turn the person to his side(recovery position)so that mucus or vomit can drip off and not block the airway.
call the hospital to alert that you are on the way with a heart patient so that they can get d doctor and equipments ready.
in the meantime, we should all befriend Omega3 fish all particularly from plats like flaxseed oil, Garlic, 75mg Aspirin, Red Yeast Rice Extract, lecithin. Also get supplements with co-enzyme Q 10, Vitamin B3, D, pot, and mag., Hawthorn.
 Constant check On total cholesterol and plaque level.
